How can I make a reservation?
Use the "Book Now" button anywhere on the site — it takes you straight to our secure reservation page. Prefer to talk to someone? Call us 24/7 at +1 (615) 731-5990.
Can I modify or cancel my booking?
Yes — please contact the front desk to adjust or cancel any reservation. Cancellation terms depend on the rate you booked; we'll walk you through your options.
Is there a best rate guarantee?
Booking directly with us is always the most reliable way to secure your room at our published rate, with no third-party fees or surprises.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is 3:00 PM, check-out is 11:00 AM. Early or late is subject to availability — just ask, we'll do our best.
What amenities are included with my room?
Free Wi-Fi, free parking, 42" TV, microwave, mini-fridge, climate control, coffee maker, iron & board, and premium toiletries — all standard.
Do you have accessible rooms?
Yes. Our ADA-accessible rooms feature wider doorways, roll-in showers, accessible fixtures, and dedicated parking near the entrance.
Can I request adjoining rooms for my group?
Absolutely — give us a call ahead of your stay and we'll do our best to block adjoining rooms based on availability.
How far is the hotel from Nashville Airport (BNA)?
About 10 minutes by car. We're conveniently located right off I-24 at 1100 Bell Road, Antioch, TN 37013.

How do I find you from the highway?
We're directly off Exit 59 of I-24. From the exit, follow Bell Road — we're a short hop. Tanger Outlets is on Bell Road too, so the same exit gets you to both.
Is there a shuttle service?
We don't currently operate a shuttle, but we can recommend reliable local ride-share and taxi options — the front desk is happy to help.
Is there a deposit at check-in?
Yes — a $50 deposit is required on arrival, refundable on check-out, contingent on no damages or excessive cleaning. The deposit is collected on the same card used to book or by a separate authorization at the front desk.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made through our website or an OTA (Expedia, Booking.com, etc.) must be received before 3 PM hotel-time on the day of arrival, with at least 24 hours' notice prior to check-in. Later cancellations or no-shows will be charged for the first night. If your plans change, please call us at +1 (615) 731-5990 as early as possible — we'll always try to help.
Is parking really free?
Yes. On-site parking is included at no extra charge for all registered guests, including accessible spots near the entrance.
Do you have smoking rooms?
Most of our rooms are non-smoking, but we do keep a few smoking rooms available. If you'd prefer one, please request it when you book or call the front desk and we'll do our best based on availability. Designated outdoor smoking areas are also available on the property.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover). A valid photo ID is required at check-in.
